Immersion Program

Because resolving trauma does not need to be a lifelong journey.

Each therapeutic approach, conventional or otherwise, is designed to achieve different goals. The advantage of the Rapid Trauma Solution is that, unlike traditional therapy, which primarily engages the rational Conscious part of our mind, it engages the Subconscious Mind. Our Subconscious Mind is the emotional mind, the storehouse of our knowledge, memories, perceptions, and beliefs.

15-Hour Intensive Individualized Recovery Program:

Rapid Trauma Solution’s innovative, condensed, and goal-oriented format is a key reason for its rate of success and effectiveness. It is unrealistic to expect deep and lasting transformation within the conventional 50-minute clinical sessions most therapists offer or even in a 90-minute session.

This program consists of 15 hours in total and includes several segments. The first segment is called Breakthrough Day. On the Breakthrough Day, we work for 7.5 hours straight (5 sessions)

A full, uninterrupted day means we can cover significant “mental ground” and gain momentum toward recovery. The second segment consists of the remaining five sessions. For best results, we often schedule a block of two sessions (back-to-back) at a time.

RTS produces meaningful real-time results, especially on day one of your marathon session. We begin the process by resolving and unlocking mental and emotional patterns at the root of the trauma. Then, we work to establish a lasting behavioral change in the follow-up sessions.

Trauma and The Subconscious Mind

Working in the realm of the Subconscious Mind, we have direct access to the very memory, event, or moment (during our formative years) when our self-concept was altered and changed. I call this original moment, memory, or event the Initial Sensitizing Event (ISE). Accessing the ISE, we utilize the same pathway or mental mechanism that programmed the trauma into the self-concept in the first place to program in something different instead.

The power of hypnotherapy to override trauma lies in its ability to penetrate the trauma program itself in a safe way. Examining the event from a different perspective allows us to come to a new decision about its meaning. Once this “new” meaning overrides the “old” meaning, we will be free from the “old” effect, limitation, or suffering.

That’s what is at the heart of the process.
